User Data Deletion

You can delete your Rifaq account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

• By email — send a message to privacy@rifaq.app from the email address on your account (or stating your account email), with the subject Delete my account.
• In the app — where available, open Profile → Settings → Delete account.

What gets deleted

Upon a verified request we permanently delete your profile, sign-in identities, tasks and completions, timelines and their steps (including the file name, size and fingerprint of any book attached to them), goal boards and goals, focus sessions, weekly reviews and their priorities, everything you shared into groups, group memberships and invitations you created, push-notification tokens, notification settings and notification history. This action is irreversible.

Books in the library on your phone were never on our servers, so deleting your account does not touch them. Remove them from the phone with Clear library in Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Timing

We complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, and are then deleted.
