• From inside the app — Profile → Settings → Contact us. This is the fastest route: it attaches your app version and platform, so we do not have to ask.
• By email — support@rifaq.app. Use this if you cannot sign in.

Common questions

I did not get my sign-in code

Rifaq has no passwords — you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google, Apple or Facebook. If the code has not arrived, check your spam folder, then request a new one. Codes expire, so always use the newest.

Can I use Rifaq offline?

Yes. Your own tasks, today's list and ticking things off all work with no connection, and sync when you are back online. Group features need a connection.

How do I delete my account?

Reporting a problem with a group

Groups are invite-only. A group owner can remove any member, and any member can leave a group at any time. If someone is misusing a group, email support@rifaq.app with the group name and we will act on it.
